Answer:
The two concepts that the most important in customer
service in achieving customer satisfaction for me are the
respect and having a self-control.
As a college student who has a scholarship with CHED, we
are required to pass our requirements every sem. One time,
I called their staff regarding on our requirements. He said
that I’ll wait first, then I patiently waiting him but after 5
MINUTES OF CALL he hung up the telephone!! I was really
disappointed that time to him because, he hung me up
with no reason or any excuses.
