Employee turnover is the deficiency of ability in the labor force over the long run.
This incorporates any worker flight, including resignations, layoffs, terminations,
retirements, location transfers, or even deaths. And also why we have employee
turnover in accommodation business is the employee are being around-the-clock.
This is not the typical office hours because you have to work 24/7 in hotel. hotel
business provides more than just a bed to sleep in, it’s a service industry. The
employees have to have the right personality to serve the type of customers that
the hotel business attracts. Dealing with high volume customers can be trying,
and may be a big reason hotels are known to have the highest employee
turnover rate.
