Introduction

The landscape of talent Acquisition is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligences(AI). This technology revolution is reshaping traditional human resources practices , make them more efficient , data – driven and candidate centric.

◦ The trend of changing technology has

affected different sectors including

human resources in the process of

recruitment and selection.

Literature review

◦ AI is in increasingly transforming talent acquisition by enhancing efficiency, reducing bias and improving the candidate experiences. Key applications of AI in recruitment include resume parsing and automated screening, which save time and reduces human error. AI – powered tools helps in sourcing candidate by scanning multiple platforms, using chatbots to engage with candidate, and applying predictive analytics to assess candidate fit and potential performances. AI in interview such as video analysis and cognitive assessments helps evaluate both hard and soft skill. ◦ However the use of AI raises ethical concern including potential biases, lack of transparency , and data privacy issues. To address these organizations must ensure AI algorithms are regulary audited for fairness and comply with the data.
