Nujhat Fariha Khan
Nujhat Fariha Khan is currently an international transfer student of NJIT (New Jersey
Institute of Technology) who is majoring in Architectural and Building
Sciences/Technology. Choosing a major in college or university is a significant life
decision. There are an innumerable number of options available. However, she chose
to strive along with the major Architecture and Building Sciences/Technology because
it is an innovative field and she firmly believes this will give her a golden opportunity
to learn to design something extraordinary which could influence how people are living
for the ultimate best. Furthermore, she believes that this major will provide her a
window of opportunity to inculcate her future designs to transform the environment
surrounding the people into something noteworthy. Along with the learnings and the
aspirations that she will develop throughout her major, she will graduate from NJIT in
the year 2026.
Key skills portray a role of the utmost essence in a person’s career as well as a
person’s life and without having key skills, it would be arduous for a person to thrive
in his or her respective career as well as job field. Throughout the architectural
education that Nujhat has received so far, she has developed a praiseworthy sense
of creative thinking skill which is essential to promote business success. She firmly
believes that this dexterity will assist her to promote experimenting by developing new
ideas and challenging the old norms of thinking in her ensuing real-estate business
plan. She has made her accomplishment in giving out a great presentation illustrating
the exploration in her creativity and she has succeeded in creating a benchmark. Apart
from that, she has worked along with various teams in several real-estate and
architectural organizations arranged by her previous university, BRAC University back
in Bangladesh, her home country. From there, she has acquired the skill of
communication which is a key skill for any business individual. In her perspective,
having acquired a proper finesse of communication will support her to aim for creating
long-lasting connections and relationships between her intended real estate company
and the promising clients. By working with the various teams, she has accomplished
a remarkable sense of real teamwork which made her eligible for being able to adjust
with any other team and work successfully with them in the future. Besides studies
and work, she has participated in several cultural events such as various singing
programs in her home country, Bangladesh. This has ultimately taught her to develop
a true sense of management skill or expertise which has enabled her to manage her
time effectively between cultural events and academics in her previous educational
institution. Alongside that, she has made her accomplishment or achievement in being
an individual who has stood out as a proficient performer of academics and cultural
events because of her effective time management skill which is vital for a business
professional.
