Bid Form - ✔✔A form prescribed by the bidding requirements to be
completed, signed, and submitted as the bidder's bid.
The Agreement - ✔✔Part of the Contract Documents that is signed by
the Owner and Contractor.
General Conditions - ✔✔Contractual responsibilities which are not
specific to a particular job.
Supplementary Conditions - ✔✔Contract provisions added to provide
additional contractual information or alter the meaning of the General
Contract as required.
