COVID 19 - The Pandemic, Essays (university) of Production and Operations Management

In the two years and its continuing havoc, the pandemic affects every individual around the world and as they cope up from its impacts, including the sector of education. There are challenges and changes from the way the individuals need to interact with one another. The proposition regarding the face to face class on January is a good idea for students and teachers for the reason that it will become easy for them to teach and learn unlike the difficulties they are facing in online and modular class where there are barriers like slow internet connection, device to use and the challenges in doing self-learning. Although, the pandemic still continues and risk from health still occurs, the face to face class is still a good opportunity for the teachers and students to teach, learn and communicate from one another in a more convenient and systematic way of learning.
