Deliverable 5:
This deliverable will be a presentation and a final report which will include final versions
of the previous deliverables.
1. Final Report:
Based on feedback and any changes you think you need to make to Deliverable 4, prepare
and submit a final report with the following:
1. Final version of Company Overview, Initial study, Description of Operations
2. Final version of Business Rules
3. Final version of Data Dictionary
4. Final version of ERD (crow’s foot, all attributes, cardinality, connectivity,
label relationships.)
This is the version you will base your database on, so we want it to be the most accurate
possible.
2. Presentation:
Prepare a group presentation (each person presents) of about 10 - 15 minutes which
describes the company overview, initial study, description of operations (Deliverable 1),
the Business Rules (Deliverable 2), the Data Dictionary, and final ERD (Deliverable 4).
Discuss how you normalized and developed your ERD, any challenges you faced, and
how you came to understand your data through the process.
