compliance with company policy? ✔✔Typically I always arrive early so if I had time before I was required to check in I would try to locate what i needed at a store in the area to correct that situation. If that was not a possibility i would possibly inquire if one of my fellow FAs had something that would meet the criteria of Delta if I not I would inform my supervisor and let her know I will correct it as soon as possible.
When you have been asked to compromise your values or ethics and how did you handle it?
✔✔I am currently in sales and have been for about five years the and work 100% commission so
each day there is the temptaTatian to exaggerate what a product can do however I strongly believe that what you put out there will come back to you. Both good and bad, this is a major reason I want to work for Delta because I see that they have the same philosophy for their employees treat them well has resulted in them having the best workforce out in the airline industry and have set the standards of excellence.
S) As i was leaving late one afternoon from work i noticed a co-worker carrying several bags out with him that we had been giving to our guests that where very nice bags. When he spotted me he offered me some of the bags.
T) i knew that these bags were no just giving out to our salesman and my suspicion was we was stealing, However i need to confirm that and make sure he was aware of the actions he was taking.
A) So i asked where he got them and he told me they were free and the company just left them out for anyone to take for advertisement. I know this was not the case so i informed him that the sales manager had informed us that these bags were exclusively for our new owners and if he was to leave with them im sure i would not be the only one that saw him leave with these bags, and im sure management would consider it stealing, Now im not going to prevent you from taking these if you feel certain they are free to anyone however because i need to know my conscience in clean ill need to bring it up to our supervision if he did plan to take them.

Why do you want to be a flight attendant for Delta? ✔✔Because the variety that this job would
offer. Life is too short to do the same thing everyday. I've discovered I received the most joy meeting new people going new places connecting with people whenever and wherever I go and this would be the perfect way to make a difference in the world while enabling need to be part of a valuable team and make a difference. I enjoy life most when tommorrow always has something new in store.

✔✔What I like best about my job now is meeting new people every day from all over the world
every day is a little bit different.
The thing that I like least about my position is that it's always in the same place it's always the same hours Im excited about being outside the norm of an 8 to 5 job

possible and let them know I was going to need to have them talk to their child about on remaining in his Cdue to being distractive other passengers as well as it is a safety issue.

What would you do if the captain had turned on the fasten seatbelt sign, and a child was sleeping not the floor in front of the parents and they did not want to wake up the child and put home in a
seatbelt. ✔✔I would kneel down beside the parents inside and let them know their child is going
to have to be in a seatbelt due to safety concerns that children are frequently her if they're not in
restraints and we wouldn't want that to happen to their child as well it is it is the airlines policy due to that reason
Describe a time you initiated an improvement in your job? ✔✔Many coworkers were getting stressed because of long hours while other ones were on calling in sick due to they couldn't get time off so I'm I had a meeting with the supervisor where I put together a spreadsheet showing the number of days we were short on people as well as the number of days it some people were working and made a suggestion that we work with fewer days but a little bit longer hours on those days to provide for more rest

Tell us about a time you had to deal with a dishonest co-worker ✔✔I was working late and I noticed that a coworker was taking some items that they shouldn't from the company I talked with him aside I put them aside and talk with him to make sure he was all find out his status to make sure he was aware that he was taking from stealing from the company and once it it was clear he was aware of that I give them the opportunity to turn himself into her manager and explain explain himself before I wrote a report to give them the chance to come forward but if he did not I would be reporting him as I would be filling out a report

parents of the child and ask if there's anything I can do to help that to help calm the child maybe some snacks or juice or something to play with if not maybe show them an area of the plane that if they'd like to walk around with the child once were the spaces he got signs were undone that
