Don't miss anything!
You notice you are missing items you need for your inflight service. Requesting these items will delay the flight. What do you do? ✔✔I believe that it is important that each and every passenger
is able to experience the highest level of service there is to offer... If I did notice during the pre flight service check that items were missing to ensure a satisfactory customer experience, I think it would be best to request these items for the flight, to ensure the passenger is not missing out on and benefits and perks of flying with Delta. while also notifying the passengers of the potential flight delay..
What to do if a passenger appears intoxicated? ✔✔If a passenger APPEARS intoxicated I would
definitely not rush to conclusions, instead I would first take into consideration their actions, perhaps talk to them ask them unrelated questions in order to get a better idea if in fact the passager is indeed drunk.. If I am able to smell alcohol on them I will be sure to keep an eye on them during the flight.
What to do if a child was asleep on the floor while the fasten seat belt sign is on? ✔✔I would

How would you handle a passenger in a situation where the food item they wanted was not available? ✔✔I would start by apologizing to the passenger for not having the item available and

I always try to see things from more than one perspective..
A time when a co was being unfair or dishonest? ✔✔While working customer service at my last
job I've experienced customers being disrespected simply because they didn't understand and my coworker lacked patience, and because of that it turned into frustration.. At those moments I try to educate my coworker on ways they can exhibit patience and that its not a big deal to have to repeat yourself. I would try to relay that information without sounding authoritative
Explain a time you have had to deal with a difficult customer... and how did you handle it, what was the outcome? ✔✔At my last job, a customer call in cursing and yelling. I knew it was out of
frustration so I didn't take it personally and never do. I allowed the customer vent while periodically responding to let the customer know that their concern was being heard. She was very upset that her insurance had gone up in price from no premium which is what it has been since starting her insurance with our company to 29 dollars a month.. Although it was a difficult
