DISPLAY ACCOUNT BOOKS AND STATEMENTS (^) Books of account record the individual transactions details you have entered. Although you may post items to many different ledgers. Tally brings all the transactions of one category together into a books of accounts for viewing and printing. For example, the cash book records all the transactions affecting cash, the Sales Book records all the sales transactions. (^) Financial statements are on the other hand are still derived from individual transactions but tend to show summary totals, ratios and statistics, analyzing a company’s financial position in a wide variety of ways. Typically financial statements include the Balance sheet, Profit & loss Account and Cash Flow statement.
DISPLAY CASH BOOKS IN TALLY For this select the following: Gateway of tally Display Account books Cash books.
DISPLAY THE CASH BOOK SUMMARY Select a bank account if there is more than one. Select F12 configuration. Use the tab key to tab down to show with graph Keep pressing[Esc] until you return to the Gateway of tally menu.

(^) Schedule VI Balance Sheet in Tally ERP 9 – As per Companies Act, 2013. (^) If you are maintaining accounts for the private limited company or as per the Companies Act, 2013, then you need to prepare the balance sheet as per Schedule VI. (^) Schedule-VI Balance Sheet provides the representation of company's financial position at any point in time in the Schedule VI format of Companies Act. The Balance Sheet displays: (^) Equity and Liabilities comprising of Shareholders' Funds , Share Application money pending allotment , Non-Current Liabilities , and Current Liabilities. (^) Assets comprising of Non-Current Assets and Current Assets, To generate the Schedule-VI Balance Sheet , Go to Gateway of Tally > Audit & Compliance > Financial Statements > Balance Sheet Schedule VI Balance Sheet in Tally ERP 9 – As per Companies Act, 2013
Export Tally Balance Sheet in Excel & PDF Format Once, you have finalized the balance sheet in tally, you can easily export it or print it out from tally. However, I would suggest you to export it because, after exporting it you can see it in the computer and then if you wish, you can print it as well. Here are the steps to export the balance sheet in tally.
