1. A woman presents with abdominal pain at 32 weeks gestation. Discuss the
relevant differential diagnosis, clinical assessment and investigations.
2. A couple have been trying to conceive without success for 2 years. Outline
the history, examination and investigations you would perform.
3. Discuss the clinical presentation and subsequent management of a woman who
underwent ERPOC (Evacuation of retained products of conception) for a
miscarriage at 10 weeks gestation that shows molar change on histology of the
products.
4. Write short notes on the following:
a. Absent end diastolic flow in the umbilical artery on Doppler waveform
b. Thermal ablation of the endometrium
c. Fetus papyraceous
d. Ovarian fibroma
5. How can we reduce serious maternal morbidity and mortality from obstetric
haemorrhage.
