Faculty Performance Evaluation Tool (Validation Survey) for Second Semester
S.Y. 2020-2021
(Comments and Suggestions)
2. “Inclusive access” isn’t easy to understand. I don’t know what it means exactly, but
maybe the word “inclusive” can be changed to a word that is easier to understand. And I
suggest the sentence to be “Provides inclusive access of learning materials to students
who are enrolled in the class.”
3. “unclear instructions, and” I suggest to put a comma between “instructions” and “and”
9. How about a question if they attend to the day or time they’ve set to respond to
question/s and clarification/s?
13. It is too lengthy and unclear or n. I suggest it to be broken down into two sentences
or be shortened as one sentence.
22. The sentence is clear but how can we assess their competence? I suggest for it to
be elaborated by including a “such as” at the end of the given phrase
32. It is a bit unclear as to whether it pertains to “during
classes/presentations/consultations” or “to be included in Google Classroom only to
monitor what is being posted”
Additional Question Suggestions:
If their way of explaining is easy enough for the students to understand (their word of
choice and organization of information or ideas are considered), or if they explain
difficult things clearly.
If the faculty gets to know the students and how they learn best
If their materials are easy to understand even after they’ve discussed it, as
sometimes there is overload of information in the material to the extent that it is hard
for the students to process or connect with other infos.
If they make their lessons interesting
If they really try to understand how students feel about things (lessons, classworks,
presentations, etc)
If the faculty maintains a firm but friendly environment
Concern for student progress
