Exams are available only for Edison State College Advanced Placement Nursing Students. The Anatomy and Physiology Challenge is available only for LPN’s. If test successfully passed for A & P, a grade of “S” will be entered on the student’s transcript upon successful completion of NUR 1204/NUR 1204L. Read carefully and complete the registration form at the bottom of this sheet. Return completed registration and receipt of payment for testing fee to the Nursing Department by the registration deadline. (Fee is paid at the Cashier’s Office.) Upon receiving this registration form and paid receipt, a test will be ordered on your behalf. Study Guides are available in the Department of Nursing for each exam.
NOTE: If for any reason you are unable to take the exam on the scheduled date, the test will be returned to the testing company and you will have to reregister and repay to take it again the next time it is offered. There are no refunds.
NURSING MOBILITY PROFILE EXAM: *LPN applicants who have graduated from a local area (Lee, Collier, Charlotte) Vo-Tech LPN program within the past 5 years are exempt from the NLN Nursing Mobility Profile I ‘Foundations of Nursing’ Exam.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR RT’s, CVT’s, PARAMEDICS, and LPN’s TAKING EXAM: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) completed prior to taking Nursing Mobility Profile I Exam. Review study guide before attempting exam.
