The Story Behind the Study:
College students as a whole use food delivery services pretty regularly. Including but not
limited to Doordash, Uber eats, InstaCart, and Grubhub. And our real question is do students
on campus at American River College use these services on average at least once a week? Our
group chose to study this topic because we all use these services and we are curious to see how
many other students use these services on a regular basis. The people that would benet from
this information would be the companies if they know what campuses use high amounts of
their services they know to put in more drivers in that area to meet the demand.
Question:
Do students on campus at American River College use these services greater than or
equal to once a week?
Hypothesis:
Our Hypothesis is that More than half of college students (in person) on American
river Campus use these delivery services on average at least once a week.
●On-Campus students at ARC is the population
●The number of students that use these services greater than or equal to once a
week
Data Collection:
Our ideas for data collection include but are not limited to sending/emailing out
surveys to people who are in our classes and we can put up yers with QR codes for our survey
in lots of areas like the student center, cafeteria, elevators, etc.

●What services do you use?
