Each component is crucial for overall health and well-being. Cardio-respiratory endurance refers to the heart and lungs' ability to deliver oxygen to the body. Muscular strength is the maximum force a muscle can exert, while muscular endurance is the ability to perform repetitive movements. Muscular flexibility allows for full range of motion, and body composition is the balance of fat and lean tissue.
