We aim to ensure that any work you do is undertaken safely.
We have checked the competence of your Company.
We have received detailed risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for this job/activity.
We expect you to work to the RAMS and bring to our attention any shortcomings with the RAMS.
We will provide you with all information necessary for your work on our site to be undertaken
safely and without risk to health.
We will also ensure that there is appropriate and sufficient co-operation and co-ordination
between you and our Company.
Key Points to consider:
We encourage you to report any defects/damage or any other occurrence which could affect
our responsibilities and your health and safety.
We have provided adequate welfare facilities - report any defects in eating, drinking water,
washing, toilet, storage of clothing/changing facilities, first aid or any other welfare concern.
Report any defect in maintenance of the workplace, floors and traffic routes, access and
egress, falls and falling objects, doors, gates, walls and windows and any other issues with the
fabric of the premises.
Ensure that you are aware of the fire and emergency procedures and you know what to do
and where to go in the event of such a situation.
Ensure that you know how to report an accident/incident and that you are familiar with the
first aiders and the first aid facilities we provide.
