GLOBAL EXPRESS AUTHORIZED PAYMENT LOCATIONS
Washington Gas has partnered with Global Express Financial Services ("Global Express") to provide
authorized payment locations for customers to pay their natural gas bills.
As the authorized walk-in payment provider for Washington Gas, Global Express will accept
cash-only
payments
for Washington Gas bills at more than 300 authorized payment locations in the District of
Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Global Express will accept payments for both residential and commercial
natural gas accounts.
For your convenience, 13 of these locations are "fee free," including four in the District of Columbia, four in
Maryland and five in Virginia. Only at these “fee free” locations will customers not be charged a
convenience fee to make cash payments on their Washington Gas account.
Global Express is the only authorized walk-in payment provider for Washington Gas. When making a
payment, the customer should ask the agent to use the Global Express system to take their Washington
Gas payment. Washington Gas can only verify walk-in payments made through the Global Express system
or at a Washington Gas walk-in office. Payments made through other walk-in payment services cannot be
verified in real-time.
