SWOT Analysis The healthcare organization is a diverse one with various aspects of control and management. With the recent trends in healthcare, there is increased growth in the current trends, which aim to ensure that all the activities and practices are successful. Good understanding and analysis of the various aspects of the healthcare organization lead to the effective utilization of some of the multiple aspects to ensure the organization's success. The organization's clinical professional practice is the healthcare workers' ethical behavior. The organization had provided that all the healthcare providers follow all the various aspects of the organization's principles. Following the diverse organization's rules will lead to the effective attainment of the healthcare goal and patient-centered care. Patient-centered care is an essential aspect of the healthcare system, and any good utilization of this aspect leads to clients' satisfaction. My healthcare organization aims to have excellent ethical, moral employees who serve the clients well and have the right skills to deal with ethical dilemmas. The increased professional skills and knowledge of the workers mean that the organization gets to attain its objectives well. This paper is going to give an analysis of the ethical practice guideline in healthcare. Technological Trends Affecting the Organization The national institute of health in America initiated innovative and interlinked health, connecting people, data, and the system to improve the development and adoption of technology in the workplace (Navaz et al., 2021). The advancement of technology has brought with it various benefits and negative impacts on healthcare. Currently, technology is among the leading solutions in healthcare that assist in solving some of the most challenging situations. Solving these challenges means that the organization can have a smooth operation. An analysis of the healthcare system shows how the industry has adopted several strategies to assist healthcare

use of AI in a variety of ways. Increased diagnostic and identification of infectious patterns are examples of how AI has successfully assisted healthcare organizations. Most healthcare facilities usually apply the AI system in healthcare using robotics. AI can help reduce dome information and automate most of the monotonous work that the employees in a healthcare facility might face. Artificial intelligence is suitable for understanding some of the documented information in the system. Also, there is an application to use artificial intelligence in surgeries, reducing the time taken to operate. A practical application of artificial intelligence has assisted in ensuring effective control of the various challenges that healthcare faced in the past. It has increased and improved the healthcare system at large. The demand for healthcare in the world is ever- growing, and there is an increased demand for physicians in various parts of the world (Bohr & Memarzadeh, 2020). The application of robots in healthcare has assisted in narrowing the gap and leading to effective control of the demand for health. AI tools are relevant to the ethical guideline principle of working with patients. The healthcare provider needs to act when using the machines. Also, a healthcare provider should analyze a situation and determine when there is an urgent need to use the tools to save the patient life or worsening of a problem. The guidelines have assisted in controlling how people react to AI machines in the medical field. The Impact of the Changes on the Organization Adopting the code of ethics in the healthcare facility aligns with the organization's strategic plan to focus on delivering patient-centered care. Since the goal is to ensure that all the patients are well satisfied with the care provided, the organization uses ethical principles to accomplish this goal. Patient-centered care aims to honor patient preferences, reduce unnecessary procedures, and increase healthcare quality. Patient-centered care focuses on personalized care, where healthcare providers create methods to fit patients' needs and wishes.

The guideline's effect on the organization has changed the company's culture. Currently, people are acting more appropriately than in the past, focusing more on the vision and mission of the organization. Implementing the strategy in the organization has been a positive aspect of change toward success. Now the organization has attained patient-centered care, and more patients are satisfied with the services offered by the organization. The implementation of the guideline has given the organization exposure in the local marketplace as there is an increased number of clients. The organization has expanded its brand name in the local market, positively contributing to it. An excellent brand has assisted in increasing the number of people who trust the facility’s services. Patient-centered care is more structured to meet the patient's multi-morbidity (Kuipers et al., 2019). There is also increased visibility in the local industry with the introduction of the strategy. The organization's visibility arises from the attainment of the goals of the organization, which are good healthcare and patient-centered care in the region. With the organization's structuring to respect the patient's everyday decisions, the patient, the client, now feels at home in the clinic apartment. Also, they have a good understanding of how we operate with the needed guidelines for effective service to all the patients. All the patients are now receiving the attention required from the healthcare workers. The visibility in the local industry has led to increased coemption from the other organization as they try to outdo us in the industry. Most of these organizations focus on ensuring they have the best strategies and technological advancements to boost their image in the industry. Increased brand image means that the organization now has an increased number of patients, leading to a decrease in revenue. The organization's capital is now sufficient to deal with all the challenges it might face in its operations. Most patients in the healthcare system do not receive enough support from their caregivers (Kuipers et al., 2019).

strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The SWOT analysis would be used favorably to plan for potential objectives and enhance agendas. The analysis would give a well-defined summary of factors internally or externally that may be beneficial or damaging to a plan (Demirkol et al., 2020). Weaknesses and threats can negatively impact the progress of any projects the organization seeks to implement. MMC SWOT analysis sees inside and outside influences that impacted the use of the robotic arm-assisted system. However, the improvements in patient outcomes outweighed the threats. The discussion with the nurse manager revealed that the organization, through the years, has always employed the most up-to-date technology. Using robotics was just a step in keeping up with the improvements of services offered to patients to afford them the least possible recovery time after surgery. Robotics allows surgeons more precision when replacing joints and provides patients with another option that will give them a shorter recovery time. Strengths According to the nurse manager, the hospital uses state-of-the-art equipment to keep up with technological advancements. It allows the hospital to provide better treatment options to patients because state-of-the-art technology is being used, allowing the hospital an advantage over other facilities. The use of advanced technology has a positive impact on patient care. Smart pumps with guardrails software prevent medication errors, automated medication dispensing machines allows the tracking and medications, and the use of electronic medical record has seen a decrease in medication errors and side effects of drugs (Alotaibi & Federico, 2017). According to Demirkol et al. (2020), a facility having an advantage over its competitors is a sign of its ability to be recognized from other facilities. MMC has been recognized by the American

Hospital Association for over 20 years for its implementation of advanced technology, decreasing the possibility of errors (Maimonides, 2022). Weakness According to the nurse manager, change can be difficult for many, and the introduction of robotic arm-assisted surgery was no different. Many questioned the need for such technology as the old way has been working for years. This is an internal weakness that has plagued many facilities. Many healthcare workers believe that if it's not broken, there is no use fixing it. However, utilizing advanced technology is essential to stay competitive and ahead of competitors. MMC also ensured that they have a group of trained healthcare professionals who are more than qualified to use the robotic arm. By having trained professionals, MMC has prevented another internal weakness. The facility may also encounter external weaknesses. MMC should look at outside factors that may threaten the facility (Demirkol et al., 2020). Opportunities Facilities should aim to provide services to other medical practices, appeal to healthcare workers, open clinics in inadequately served areas, provide cost-effective pricing, and partner with other healthcare professionals for referral opportunities (Siddiqui, 2021). Based on the information received from the nurse manager, MMC is known to provide the same quality care to all patients regardless of their ability to pay. The hospital service areas where many are unemployed, uninsured, and undocumented. Maimonides collaborates with many organizations to provide communities with education on health and wellness and to offer support to patients and families. Maimonides receives funding from the Jewish communities as well as federal funding. The funding is essential for the establishment of clinics and the expansion and modernization of various departments.

the organization to deal with this challenge have an influential tradition that aligns with the organization's goals. Also, the culture in the organization should be well structured to ensure that all the company members support it. The method should be applied after all the company members receive training to teach them the importance of teamwork. The training should last for a week before the resumption of work. Also, all the members should have an opportunity to air their views concerning the plan and guidelines in strategy to ensure they accept it. Lack of collaboration with the employees will lead to the failure of the process and a disorganized organization. Conclusion There is a good adoption of the best guidelines, which is the code of practice in the organization. The practice principle aims to ensure that the healthcare providers understand each employee's challenges and how they can approach them. With the effective adoption of the guideline, the organization attained a lot of success in the local marketplace. There was also an increased brand image which led to the company having a competitive advantage in the industry. However, the plan faced several challenges during its implementation, such as lacking a shared vision in the organization. To solve this, the whole organization should receive training on the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Also, the members should understand the importance of the guidelines for them to become successful. The organization should then create a good culture that all the members support. As a result, the plan aims to attain patient-centered care, boosting the organization's brand name and increasing customer satisfaction.
