Why are business models important in
e-commerce?
Business models show how a company
generates revenue, so it is very important to
use models in e-commerce.

agency, local, state, federal, or from
another country. What do you observe
in terms of the site’s organization,
content, and usefulness?
I went to USPS.gov. The site was very
direct and not very flashy. The home page
was not even a page long and basically
only had links on it.

different individuals to have unequal
access to e-commerce technologies.
What technical or social steps can be
taken to reduce unequal access?
Three things are not having a computer,
not having access to the internet, and not
having the skills to operate computer
technology.
Training computer skills in schools and
having facilities with internet connected
computers.
