Drallmeier MSN-Ed RN Date: 4/5/2022______ Student: It was a nice day whereby I learned a lot of information about anxiety, what causes it, and what can be done to cope with anxiety problems. The information I gathered today was helpful, I learned about different types of anxiety disorders and different medications used to treat them. I hopefully will put it into practice in the future. Faculty: You have done well in the virtual simulation today. You have actively participated. We covered many scenarios on mental illness (Anxiety), you did your medication templates. You developed a presentation with your peers on what causes and how you can treat anxiety in different age groups. Looking forward to next week 😊 Formative Clinical Evaluation Comments/Remediation Strategies Formative Evaluation: Satisfactory_________ Needs Improvement________ Unsatisfactory__________ Student Signature: _____________________ Date_________ Faculty Signature: ______________________Date:_________ Student: Faculty: Summative Clinical Evaluation Comments Overall Clinical Performance: Satisfactory_________ Unsatisfactory_________ Student: 4 Final_050919: lb/tr/kl
