CUNYFIRST ACCOUNT

COLLEGE NOW PROGRAM

CUNYfirst Log-In Blackboard DegreeWorks CUNYfirst Used between students and professors to see classwork, submit assignments, or contact each other. Used for CUNY students to keep track of their credit requirements for graduation. Used by CUNY students to check grades, classes, request transcripts, and see financial aid. Benefits of the CUNYfirst Log-in

STEP ONE

• Click “Log-in” on the top right corner and select “CUNYfirst”.

STEP TWO

• Scroll down and select “New User”

STEP FOUR

• On the Challenge Questions and Answers page, select/create 5 different questions and answers. If you forget your password, you will be asked 3 of the 5 questions and your answers must match each character. When finished, click OK.

STEP FIVE CHOOSE A PASSWORD AND CONFIRM IT AND SELECT “OK”. Note:

• The two entries must match or the user will have re-entered both fields.
• CUNY Password Policy:
  • 8 or more characters
  • 1 or more uppercase letters
  • 1 or more numeric or special characters
  • Password must not be longer than 13 characters

GRADES ON CUNYFIRST

Enter your username and password and select “Log-in”.

IN THE ACADEMICS CENTER, CLICK THE DROP-DOWN MENU AND CLICK “GRADES”.

YOU WILL BE BROUGHT TO THE SCHOOLS MOST RECENT SEMESTER. IF THIS IS NOT THE SEMESTER FOR THE GRADE YOU WANT TO SEE, SELECT “CHANGE TERM”.

VIEW YOUR GRADE. Note: the GPA in the “From Enrollment” column is your GPA since you have taken with us. While your GPA in the “Cumulative Total” column is what you earned for that semester.
