Print your sick note as a PDF as below
Open file explorer from the windows bar at the bottom of the screen
It will open in Adobe Reader. Click view; and then rotate counterclockwise
Click ‘sign’
Click add signature (this will set you up for future signatures)
Click in the signature box any hey presto :). The click save.
Click in signature box then click save
You will need to save your sick note again—helps if you add “Signed” to the file name!
Check it is being sent to the right patient then can be sent!
