Then: Brain and organs are starving for sugar Action: If alert enough to swallow, give oral glucose. If not, high-priority transport & call ALS.
Then: Possibly ectopic pregnancy - life-threatening Action: Treat as ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Rapid transport, monitor vitals, alert hospital.
Then: Possible cardiac arrest or severe respiratory compromise Action: Open airway, insert OPA/NPA, BVM ventilations, request ALS, begin CPR if no pulse.
Then: Hemorrhagic shock risk - life-threatening bleed Action: Apply direct pressure or tourniquet, rapid transport, treat for shock.
