• Student’s Current Immunization Records. Tarjeta de vacunas de estudiante
• Students with address changes need to bring updated proof of residency:
gas/water/light bill. Alum nos con cambio de domicilio necesitan traer
comprobante de domicilio : gas/agua o recibo de luz
The following items are required for NEW students to the district:
Para matricular a un estudiante Nuevo al distrito se require lo siguiente:
• Student’s Current Immunization Records. Tarjeta de vacunas de estudiante
• Proof of Residence (current light, water bill or gas bill)/ Prueba de domicilio
(recibo actual de luz, agua o gas)
• Student’s Birth Certificate/Acta de nacimiento de estudiante
• Student’s Recent Report Card/Las calificaciones mas recientes
• Student’s Social Security Number (Optional)/Numero social de estudiante
(opcional)
• Parent or Guardian ID/identificación del padre o guardian
• All Students will be required to purchase 24-25 ID Card at time of Schedule
Pick –up. Cost $5.00 (cash). (dress appropriate) Todos los alumnos tendrán
que comprar su tarjeta de identificación al momento de matricularse para poder
recibir el horario de clases. Costo: $5.00 en efectivo.(vestir apropiado)
• Parents interested in joining our PTO, membership is $10. Padres interesados
en unirse a nuestro PTO, la membresía cuesta $10.
• School spirit items will be available for purchase. Artículos escolares
personalizados van a estar a la venta.
