emulsions put together. It will bring down the Tars in just 9 seconds. Collaboration with jet demolition expert have been given this task. Body brief arguments Supertech constructed Noida's twin towers The height of Noida's twin towers was planned to be 121.5 meters. However, tower-16 was 102 meters and tower- 17 was 95 meters at the time of demolition. Main issue : The main issue of the demolition of the twin towers was the horizontal distance of the twin towers from the existing tower-1. It was 9 meters. However, as per the Building Regulations 2010, the minimum horizontal distance between two towers should be 16 meters. 3700 kg of explosives were used to demolish the Twin Towers Noida's twin towers were demolished on 28 August 2022 at 2:38 pm There is no question that the NOIDA twin pinnacle destruction in Uttar Pradesh will go down in the records of history as a tremendous marker that debasement can meet its Waterloo on the off chance that the legal executive is responsive.

The approximate construction cost of the two towers was estimated to be less

than Rs 100 crore in 2014 when the Allahabad High Court passed the first

order of demolition. Today, with the increase in the cost of construction, it is

estimated to be over Rs 300 crore

Wrong plan The issues emerged because Supertech changed the plans, which, by 2012, brought about a complex with 15 structures as opposed to 14. There were present to be 11 stories in each structure, rather than the past nine.

It was unorganized and it was also underdeveloped Also we see interest of the buyers or the consumers of the real estate produce were also not protected so there was no Consumer Protection properly implemented Consumer Protection was also less So all this led to tensions & confusions in this particular sector and the government initiated this act. This act regulating the real estate sector in the country also this will include not only residential but also commercial real estate Commercial as well as residential real estate is induded under this act. This act aims at improving the transparency and accoutability in the realestate sector and increasing the transparency and accoutability will bost the confidence of the buyers so when buyers will have more confidence in this sector the sector will grow there will be increased demand in the realestate. Rera estate act is an act of the parliament of India to protect house buyers as well as it helps to boost investments in the real estate industry RERA ACT came into force from 1 May, 2016 UP Apartment Act In 2011, the Residents Welfare Association filed a petition in the Allahabad High court. It was alleged that the UP Apartment Owners Act, 2010 was breached during the construction of the Tower.

Conclusion Developmentre has been more undocumented immigrants, according to the Supreme Court due to the rising cost of real estate, construction has mainly been in urban areas. Numerous contractors are breaking the rules when plotting with the officials of the developing authority. As a result of this evil collaboration, it is essential to take stern action against such unlawful buildings to prevent future crimes of this nature.
