INTRODUCTION

After completion of my 4 th^ semester, as a law student at ICFAI UNIVERSITY TRIPURA, I was required to utilize my holidays by doing internship under either an advocate, Law Firm or in a NGO. So, I chose and applied under the Advocate RumelaGuha who is an advocate of Tripura High Court and Subordinated courts. She is very deligent person and has good knowledge of her subject, her arguments are always accurate and on to the point. In this period of Internship I have been enlighten with the decorum of Court, Procedure of the Police after filing an FIR, function of the Court, Case study and Trial Procedure. Major components of Criminal Justice System - The major components of the Criminal justice System are Police, Prosecutor, Judiciary and Prisons known now as correctional Institutions under the modern Correctional Philosophy. Bar-Bench relationship - Bar-Bench Relation in law refers to the cordial relationship between the Advocates and the Judges. The Bar (Advocates) and Bench (Judges) play an important role in the administration of justice. The judges administer the law with the assistance of the lawyers. The lawyers are the officers of the court.
