Pancreas (1) – head, body, tail
Parathyroid glands (2)
Pineal gland (1)
Pituitary gland (1) – Anterior and posterior
Testes (2)
Thymus (1)
Thyroid gland (1) - Right and left lobes, isthmus
Parathyroid glands (4) – on diagram only
Be able to identify the following features on slides
Pituitary gland: anterior, posterior, infundibulum
Thyroid gland: Follicular cells, Parafollicular cells (thyroid)
Adrenal gland: Adrenal cortex, adrenal medulla, capsule
Pancreas: Acini (exocrine) cells, Pancreatic islet with beta cells (endocrine)
