Reflecting ANSWER¥V ¥ Occurs when the counselor restates content tat had generated emotion from the client--it is a reflection of feeling. Reflection of feeling captures and expresses to the client their own expressed emotions and how the counselor understood their emotional message. Counselor should be careful not to interpret the client's feelings. When reflecting feclings, the counsclor remains neutral and non-judgemental by not offering opinions or advice
