1.) ESSAY #1: Chapter 4 of Inmon text
If you were NOT a presenter of Teams 4,
Then you must write a summary article on the ENTIRE Chapter 4 of Inmon
(pages 147-166): “Granularity in the Data Warehouse”. Your essay must be
double spaced and normal 12-point font size, and be about TWO (2) pages. You
may find Team 4 PowerPoint slides (on MIS 6093 web page) and list of TERMS
given on web page link for Inmon-Chapter 4 and also posted on course web
page useful in writing your essay.
If you were a presenter of Team 4:
Then you must write a summary only of the parts of chapter presented by your
OTHER members of your Team 4. You may find your Team 4’s PowerPoint
slides (on MIS 6093 web page) and list of TERMS given on web page link for
Inmon-Chapter 4 and also posted on course web page useful in writing your
essay. Your essay must be about TWO (2) pages in normal 12-point font size
and double-spaced.

2.) ESSAY #2: Chapter 5 of Inmon text
If you were NOT a presenter of Teams 5A or 5B,
Then you must write a summary article on the ENTIRE Chapter 5 of Inmon
(pages 167-200): “The Data Warehouse and Technology”. Your essay must be
double spaced and normal 12-point font size, and be about four (4) pages. You
may find Teams 5A & 5B PowerPoint slides (on MIS 6093 web page) and list of
TERMS given on web page link for Inmon-Chapter 3 and also posted on course
web page useful in writing your essay.
If you were a presenter of Team 5A:
Then you must write a summary only of the half of chapter presented by Team
5B. You may find Team 5B PowerPoint slides (on MIS 6093 web page) and list
of TERMS given on web page link for Inmon-Chapter 5 and also posted on
course web page useful in writing your essay. Your essay must be about four
(4) pages in normal 12-point font size and double-spaced.
