If you were NOT a presenter of Teams 4,
Then you must write a summary article on the ENTIRE Chapter 4 of Inmon
(pages 147-166): “Granularity in the Data Warehouse”. Your essay must be
double spaced and normal 12-point font size, and be about TWO (2) pages. You
may find Team 4 PowerPoint slides (on MIS 6093 web page) and list of TERMS
given on web page link for Inmon-Chapter 4 and also posted on course web
page useful in writing your essay.
If you were a presenter of Team 4:
Then you must write a summary only of the parts of chapter presented by your
OTHER members of your Team 4. You may find your Team 4’s PowerPoint
slides (on MIS 6093 web page) and list of TERMS given on web page link for
Inmon-Chapter 4 and also posted on course web page useful in writing your
essay. Your essay must be about TWO (2) pages in normal 12-point font size
and double-spaced.

REMINDER: In-class Exam on Chapters 4 & 5 of Inmon text will be

Wednesday, November 19, 2003!! Exam will be open book and open

notes, meaning that any of the class handouts by Dr. Segall and

Team presenters will be fair game for questions. Exam has not been

written yet, but intends to be about 25 questions consisting of

multiple choice and true/false. (Each probably worth 4 points each.)
