1. That my client’s father Mr.A s/o Mr.Q, Aged about 65 Years,
Occupation Business, Address D.No-101, Andhra Pradesh,
Property bearing No. 198/461, died on 3/03/2020.
2. That at the time of his death, Mr.A, was the absolute owner of
the property bearing No. 198/461 and 78/631.
3. That Mr.A, died intestate, that is without making any “WILL” in
favor of any person before or at the time of his death.
4. That Mr.A, died leaving behind the following legal heirs/sharers
at the time of his death –

  2. That it has come to my client knowledge that you are not interested in partition of the property. But as per The Muslim Personal Law/Customary Law, you being a sharer has to take part in the partition. I, therefore by means of this notice, on behalf of my client call upon you to the Partition of property bearing no – 198/461 and 78/631, and complete the process of the partition within fifteen days of the receipt of this notice failing which I have clear instructions to institute the necessary proceedings against you and in these events you shall be held liable for all the costs and consequences.
