An adoption deed whereby the party of the second part transfers his major son to the party of the first part through a physical act of giving and taking, with the consent of all parties involved and the performance of religious ceremonies. The adopted son gains all legal rights of an adopted child, and the adopter assumes responsibility for his maintenance, education, and other expenses.
