1. What are your current struggles, and worries?
2. How do you handle these types of problems?
3. If you would rate your mental capacity right now, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the
highest, what would it be and why?
In these trying times, if you would notice, as much as I can, I am not trying to bombard you with
a lot of activity as it could really be tiresome. Take a break even just for now, do something you
want. Read a book, eat your favorite food, take a nap, watch your favorite tv show, play your
favorite mobile game. Do something that would be therapeutic for you. If you think you are not
gaining anything, you actually do. Do not be too hard on yourself. Allow yourself to be a
beginner. Most importantly, take it slow.
