What am I going through internally; nobody knows whether it’s good or bad, right or wrong. Sometimes I didn’t even understand the thoughts that wander around my mind and my heart. It’s good…..it’s very good to think about matters of life but you should understand the thin line between think and overthink. Your mental health not only covers depression but also many other things like anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, mood disorders, personality disorder, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), etc. The common origin of all psychological disorder is STRESS. The major catch in such mental health issues is that many people don’t understand that they are suffering from any sort of psychological disorder. And that’s the difficult part where these people make themselves suffer so much both internally and physically. In India 7.5 percent of country’s population of 1.3 billion suffer from some form of mental health issues, stated by WHO (World Health Organization). It is noted that 35% of India’s population is between the ages of 15-34 years and SUICIDE is the leading cause of death among young people. Anticipating about the pandemic WHO predicted that roughly 20% of population will suffer from mental health which means 200 million Indians. We will find all of such facts and definitions all over the internet. Nobody talks about how to deal with such problems in an empathetic way. People tend deal with such difficult problems with their own methods but don’t see a psychologist or a psychiatrist to get better cure. If you know that you are dealing with any problem in your life share it with your family if not them, tell it to your friends. There must be someone…….someone who will listen to all of your problems, thoughts, feelings. You don’t have these people in your life consult a psychologist he/she will listen to you. “To release the stress one must puke out everything they have in their mind. And when you are stress free then you will realize how good is life.”
Just try to see good in everything you see, feel, think. Try involving your stress in a positive way to grow yourself, to grow wonderfully and shine that the world will see you rise. Don’t just don’t try ENDING your life. Because you never understand the amount of pain you give to your parents after such an act. “Suicide is never a solution to any problem: it can only increase any problem and will give rise to many other problems.” You have been given a life…… a whole life to enhance your inner self, to spread knowledge, to spread good thoughts and most importantly to spread POSITIVITY. Think of every obstacle and problems of life as an opportunity to learn. Think that whatever comes in the way of your life is for YOUR OWN GOOD. “Just remind yourself only one thing: whatever happens, happens for good that doesn’t mean that you stay weak and end your life. You must grow stronger and stronger with every problem that comes around you.”
