“Airline Reservation System” is developed using VB.NET. This development
is more user friendly to interact. Here, the system has 2 types of Login; User and
Admin, from user’s login he/she can check ticket status, seat availability, Reservation
and cancel the ticket. Admin has all the controls of the system, he/she can add airline
details such as schedule, aircraft, sector, flights and has control over deleting flights
that are not necessary. This system helps the user to directly access the system online
to book tickets. The administrator and user can both enter the system using their
respective login details. It is easy to operate and understood by the users.
a. Use Visual Studio IDE to design application. b. Develop GUI Application using Form Controls and its events. d. Use Data access controls to store data in Database and retrieve it. e. Use Data Binding in GUI Application.
This is Airline Reservation System project for the learner of Vb.net. In this project have mainly two section Such as Admin and User. ADMIN - The user has full permission or access on the system like as add schedule for aircraft , Add Aircraft, delete. USER - In here we provide to create a profile. All the user has to create an username& password. Then open the id & reserve the ticket. The use has permission for some work like check ticket status, check seat availability, Reservation, cancel the ticket, print the ticket. Above description will help to understand how the Reservation System develop
4.0.1.SRS for Airline Reservation System
Introduction 1.1.Purpose The purpose of this document is to describe the external requirements for an automated book-keeping system that keep track of various operation of a Airline agency. It also describes the interfaces for the system.
1.2. Scope This document describes the requirements of the above-mentioned system.It is meant to be used by the developers and will be the basis for validating the final delivered system. Any changes made to the requirements in the future will be made with the permission of the client. The developer is responsible for asking for clarifications, where necessary.
1.4 .Document Conventions: This document contains the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.
1.6. Intended Audience This document will be used for design purpose by the developers and the design team. It will be the basis for validating the final delivered system.
