Bryant & Stratton College students now have access to Microsoft Office 365, which includes email and various Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive. how to access email through Blackboard Learn and on iOS and Android devices using native clients or Outlook. Students can download each product on a desktop computer or laptop up to five times.

In its continuous efforts to provide the highest quality student experience, Bryant & Stratton College is giving students access to a new tool for accessing email. Each student has been given an email account through Microsoft Office 365. This cloud-based email system offers our students some distinct and impressive advantages. First, you will be able to access your email through Blackboard Learn or virtually. In addition to the email service, your student account grants you FREE access to the following Microsoft Office products for as long as you have an active email account with Bryant & Stratton College.
Word Online Excel Outlook Online OneNote Online PowerPoint Online OneDrive Note: As long as you have an active email account with Bryant & Stratton College, you will have FREE access to Microsoft Office products.
There are several ways to gain access to your email account.
1. Log in to your myBSC account by visiting mybsc.bryantstratton.edu and clicking the orange Login button. Or, you may visit the site directly by clicking here. 2. Once you’ve logged in to myBSC with your username and password, click the Email tab located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 3. After you’ve clicked the email tab, you will be directed to the following page. Click the hyperlinked text to be redirected to your new email. 4. You will be taken to the login page for Microsoft Office 365. 5. When you sign in to the service, you will need to re-enter your Bryant & Stratton College email address and password, and click Sign in. To access your Microsoft Office 365 email using the built-in email feature in your iOS device, please follow these steps. Note: If you had your email account installed on your mobile device prior to the switch to Office 365, you must delete the old account before following the instructions below.
1. Tap Settings then Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Accounts, Add Account, Email. 2. On the Add Account page, tap Exchange. 3. Enter your full email address (for example: jsmith@bryantstratton.edu) and password, and tap Next. 4. Enter the following information on this screen: Server: outlook.office365.com. Username: your email address. Select Next. Images on the right side of the page illustrate steps one through four.

5. On this screen you will see a list of options you can enable on your device. By default, all options are enabled, but you can choose which options you would like to activate on your device. Select the options you would like to enable and tap Save. Image on the right side of the page illustrates step five.

5. Select Yes to let the app access your info to begin syncing your information. 6. Once the app is open, tap one of the available icons to view your calendar, files, or contacts. Image on the right side of the page illustrates step six.
To access your email using the built-in email feature available on your Android device, please follow these steps.
1. Tap Settings then Account, Add account, Email. Note: This application may be named “Mail” on some versions of Android. 2. Enter your full email address (for example: jsmith@bryantstratton.edu) and password, and tap Next. 3. Select the Exchange option. 4. You may receive a message about additional security features. If a message appears, tap OK. Images on the right side of the page illustrate steps one and four.
To install Office 365 on your Android device, please follow these steps. Note: Outlook for Android requires a device running Android 4.0 or later.
1. Download and install the Outlook for Android app from the Google Play store. (You can skip this step if you already have it installed.) 2. Once you have the app installed on your device, tap the Navigation control located at the bottom of your device, or tap More then Settings, Add Account. 3. Tap Office 365. 4. Enter your full email address (for example: jsmith@bryantstratton.edu) and password, and tap Sign in. Note: If you previously used Exchange for your email, you may receive a message about security upgrades. Follow the prompts and sign in with your full email address and password. 5. To view your calendar, files, or contacts within the app, tap More. 6. To learn more about using Outlook for Android, tap the navigation control, or tap Menu then Help. Image on the right side of the page highlights the “more” button within the app.
