terms.
Procedure:
• From the following list of musical terms,
select five:
Accent, Amplitude, Chord, Counterpoint,
Cues, Duration, Improvisation, Intervals,
Legato, Melody, Ostinato, Pitch, Polyrhythm,
Rhythm, Staccato, Syncopation, and Timbre.
• Research the internet for visual images that
best represent the musical term selection.
• Bring these images into Photoshop and
modify the original image to further reinforce
your slant. Scale the graphics to similar
dimensions.
• Add the title of the musical term and its
definition to the graphic
• Assemble all five visuals on an 11” x 17”
page. Print on the Epson for placing the
assignment in your portfolio.
