Telepsychology may be used in the provision of psychological training supervision only as a supplement to the supervision requirements set forth in paragraph (A), paragraph (B) and paragraph (C) of rule 4732-9-01 and may NOT replace individual face- to-face supervision requirements. The supervisory relationship supports and direct the work and professional development of graduate students (including predoctoral interns), postdoctoral trainees or other qualified individuals to help them gain experience of the purposes of licensure as psychologists.

A license holder shall ensure that any advertisements for the assessment procedures or interpretive services are factual and descriptive. Such services are to be considered as a professional-to-professional consultation. A license holder shall make and document reasonable efforts to avoid misuse of such assessment reports.
