Leadership - is an action to influence, inspire, and motivate your members in an organization. Management - is about how you handle things, manage, plan and analyze. Sports management - managing sports related tracks and events. Organization - a set of group that is manages by leaders and managers. It is an official group or club that comes together to achieve a goal. Note: GOAL and OBJECTIVE are the basis and guide in an organization, since it serve as an ending point of the plan.
Knowledgeable - a leader must be wise Responsible- a characteristics that most be already built in your character Flexible- has a good decision making, quick thinker, and decisive and one that can be able to adapt quickly in any situations Good Listener Trustworthy Has command and authority- a leader must display power in any area of the organization and that power must be always be able to motivate and inspire others not harm others Role model- as a leader, you must always display good character and confidence
1. Planning - brainstorming, planning and create goals and objectives for the organization 2. Organizing - arranging different groups, personnel such as stock, sports and equipment committee 3. Staffing - putting an individual that is fit in the position of the group 4. Directing - the one with the position selects members appropriate to the group 5. Controlling - important aspect of the six, this is where the person with the position controls the flow of the process of the organization
6. Evaluating - it is to check whether there is a progress, whether the goals can be attain or the goals are attain.
Philosophy - it means the love of wisdom
1. Laizzez- faire - means let alone , this administration is where the head person or in charge tends to have low profile. That person allows every process and personnel in the organization to work on its own 2. Autocratic or Authoritarian - this is where the head person acts like a boss but not a leader. This is a type of administration that is well use in military that requires uniformity. This is also use when there is a need to act immediately to get the work done. 3. Democratic - the administration that is currently used nowadays, this type of administration is where all has the freedom. It is usually describe as a group dynamics for it uses different ideas, information and process to gather together to form one goal and objective 4. Eclectic - a type of administration that selects one specific part from the organization that is best fit to a situation
