International Conference in Faculty of Computational Science
ABC University organized an International Conference which was held in Faculty of
Computational Science. The objective of an International Conference was to discuss the
problems that have been occurred in the field of computational science and find solutions for
it and also discuss various methods so that people will know about this field more and thus
we are able to enhance the future. The Conference was held online due to the current
COVID-19 pandemic situation.
S. Gurdeep Singh Sihra, Pro-Chancellor, welcomed all the guests by showing his gratitude
and warmth towards them for attending the event by taking out their precious time and gave
an overview of the conference.
Dr. V.K. Rattan, Vice-Chancellor stated the recent progresses in the field of computational
Science and S. Gursaran Singh, Chancellor stated the advanced computational tools and
software algorithms and their applications in other fields such as banking, biology,
environmental systems etc. The guest speakers stated all the problems that they have been
facing and thus participants have discussion on it and found alternative solutions to solve
these problems.
The session concluded with an interactive session where the participants raised their queries
and the speakers gave answer of each query. The Conference was highly valued by all the
participants.
The session was followed by the vote of thanks addressed by S. Gurdeep Singh Sihra, Pro-
Chancellor.
