Overall purpose of building this rental application for tenants to inquire about a property, apply, book
appointments , create a lease, sign and pay online, tenant portal.
Next we need to build a process where Landlords can see the detailed View/History of those particular
tenants.

So far I am able to find the list of fields that’s we are going to use in rental application.

I have checked the above loom video and understood we need to link multiple co applicants
together based on Certn platform.
As discussed when people rent a property, they can live with other people (family), and they
share responsibilities like rental payment. And we need a way to relate the tenants in a rental
application to be linked/together and based on my understanding we are going to relate them
using property address within Certn platform.
Tenant Portal Application Status :
As per my understanding when the tenant clicked on the submit button then it will be redirected
into tenant portal and then we are going to show status of application including following stuff :
Firstly we are going to check If other tenants have applied or not.
Info on how combined income companies to chmc recommended
Query: I’m not clear with this point and what do you means by chmc ?
Landlord contacted successfully
Query: Contact successfully means tenant able to see the contact details of the
landlord?
Income sources reviewed
Query: Here Income sources reviewed means the income source of the tenant
reviewed by the landlord for transparency?

Ability to sign lease: After all above conditions are fulfill then we are going to provide them the ability to create and sign the lease. Ability to pay deposit of first, last and key: After signing the lease document then tenant is going to pay the amount via Vopay (endpoint) payment gateway. Block SIN number from being user-visible (all users): I got it. So basically Social Insurance Number will be going to use for permanent resident or a temporary resident. Query : From where we will get this SIN number? The information available on Zapier (need to separate out different SAAS users): As per my understanding you want to integrate all the third party application with Zapier. For example Certn endpoint will be integrated with Zapier to pull out information based on scheduler. . I have checked the attached RPM - TEMPLATE with in Spreadsheet.

There are three different tabs: Scorecard Data Input Vectors Tables and Arrays Overall purpose for building this dashboard is to display the Applicant Scorecard to provide an objective view of the prospective tenant(s). Scorecard screen will have fields like Property, Recommendation, Basic information, and Applicants info, Test info related to Minimum, Ideal and score. Next will do Background check, Manager Oversight. (Need more detailed information about Answering for all the questions asked in each section)
