Our Shared Interests
Solange Santa Cruz's Perspective
I am Solange Santa Cruz, and I met Luis at the university; we have been
close friends for many years. We both have a strong passion for gastronomy
and have planned to open a restaurant for a few years. However, neither of
us knew how to start, so we decided to collaborate and open our own
restaurant, 'Plato 13'.
While Luis has always enjoyed sports, especially soccer, and I share the
same interest, we differ in our food preferences. Luis prefers sweet desserts,
while I enjoy salty ones. Nevertheless, we find common ground in our
musical tastes, as we both love salsa and bachata. We have many more
shared interests, which is why we are not only good friends but also
successful business partners.
Luis Banda's Perspective
I am Luis Banda. Solange and I have studied together at the Technological
University of Peru, and since then, we have become good friends due to the
numerous things we have in common, such as music, movies, and sports. It
is very enjoyable to spend time with her.
For about a year, I had been wanting to start my own restaurant, and I
decided to share this idea with Solange. To my surprise, she had also been
considering the same idea for some time. We then decided to open a small
restaurant called 'Plato 13', and so far, we have been very successful.
