Students of MCA semester IV, at Faculty of Computer Technology have successfully completed the Entrepreneurship Idea Presentation entitled “Smart Mirror Clothing in Ecommerce” as a partial fulfillment of the study of Master of Computer Application (MCA) Under the Guidance of December 2022
We have done analysis for the financial feasibility and we have found that this project is feasible because of below mentioned points:
The project is also operational because we need to manage small amount of management team to handle the whole project for long period.
It can run on any smartphone device with specification for web. It runs on any device which have internet connectivity.
India is expected to have the second-largest number of internet users in the world. Statistics for the publishing industry are also promising. India is a huge market of e-commerce. Indian population of internet users in 658 million and it’s ranked second highest number of internet population. So e-commerce sector can grow with lot of speed. Reference: www.datareportal.com
When we do market study we estimate that our business need 8 lakhs ₹ to 9 lakhs ₹ of investment that include below mentioned points:
1. Marketing head: Marketing department will take care of by this post. Marketing head will draw the online/offline marketing strategies and plans for PR, brand building. 2. Web Manager: Web manager will look after the website content and regular updates of charts. He will manage the advertising put by external people on our site. 3. Distribution and vendor manager: Distribution manager will look after the distribution of the orders taking place on the website. Cash on delivery mechanism will be handles by distribution manager. He will look after the vendors for the clothes and manage that relationship. 4. Accountant: Accountant will look after all the online transactions and the accounts of the dealers. 5. Dealer manager: Dealer manager will be responsible for managing dealer relationships. Dealer manager will have four area managers under him. 6. Developer: Developer are develop website. 7. Designer: Designer should have a designing of website.
