The “Intra-organization messaging and Profile manager” also removes the hindrance of manually transfer of organizational documents from one department to the other department. The manual transfer also involves the risk of loss of the documents and is also a time consuming process. The organizational secrecy is also maintained in our system. The system can save both the time and money of the organization.

The departments as well as the employees of the organization may be all time connected and can be informed at once about an event. The system also saves the messages and the documents, photographs of the departments, employees of the organization for the ease of the users.

It is an easy task for the user to search any employee of the organization through advanced search like department wise, designation wise, name wise etc.

In short our system provides productivity and performance to the organization which is not possible in the manual and existing systems of the organizations.

Hardware Requirements:

• (^) Processor: Windows 2000 or higher.
• Ram: Min 512 Mb
• Hard Drive: 50 GB.

Software Requirements:

• (^) Front End Designing: ASP .NET with Ajax.
• Back-End Programming: C#
• DB Programming: SQL Server.
