Read Pages 187 – 193 in MTH 053 TEXTBOOK MATERIALS. Do the practice
exercises and check solutions on page 250.
Do the odd numbered Exercises on pages 194 – 196. Check your answers on page 250.
4.2
Read Pages 197 – 206 in the textbook. Do the practice exercises and check solutions on
page 250.
Do the odd numbered Exercises on pages 207 – 210. Check your answers on page 250.
Review

Pick up the “Module Four Review Assignment” from the Math 053 drawer. Complete it.
Then bring it to the desk to be graded and recorded.
Test

When you are ready, go to the test desk and ask for Application Test Four. Calculator use
is recommended on the test. Go over your graded test with an instructor. Retesting is
optional. If you retest, your score will be the average of the two test scores.
After completing Module Four, get the “Module Five Study Guide” out of the
Math 053 drawer.
