WAR introduction on war war means organised, large-scale, armed conflict between countries or national, ethnic or other sizeable groups, usually involving the engagement of military forces. When groups uses arms and ammunition as a means for the achievement of the goal. Human history is filled with wars .it is considered as an unresolved riddle in politics. International war is the conflict between two hostile countries who uses arms and ammunition. War is the attempt to impose a nation’s interest upon other state coercively. The basis of war is conflict of interest. War can be declared or undeclared. It is one of the most powerful tool(instrument) of a nation, as it is relatable to a nations military power. The greater the nation’s military power the greater the nation is. Definition of war Quincy wright: “war is the legal condition which two or more hostile groups carry conflict by arm-force”. Malinowski: “War is the military struggle between the independent state for achieving their national interest”. Hoffman Nicholson: “war is the organised force between two human groups which pursues contradictory policies each groups seeks to impose its policy upon the other”. Causes of war. * According to Wickham steel the Important cause of war is because of fear and insecurity. ¢ There was a thorough discussion in Chicago peace conference in 1925, wherein the conference there was discussion on the reason of war. There was 250 reasons of war and it was broadly categorized under 4 categories.
