"Overall I am NOT a fan of UIC. The campus is nice and its cool that its located in Chicago so there is a ton to do nearby. However UIC's STEM classes are just impossibly hard for no reason. I have attended other schools for a previous degree and they were miles better quality than UIC. If you're looking at taking Chemistry/Biology/Physics classes plan to be extremely stressed and frustrated constantly. You can get better quality teachers who aren't trying to fail the whole class. Cost wise if for a 4-year university its better than other schools in Illinois but I had better success at COD than I am at UIC."
