Mobiles and our dependence on them Nowadays, we are immersed in a world where mobile devices abound: Computers, tablets, or smartphones. They are becoming more and more part of our lives and we depend more and more on them. In this sense, phones have evolved in such a way that the functions of call or SMS, which are the most used functions nowadays, thanks to the arrival of applications or APPS, which are chat type (such as WhatsApp, Telegram); social networks (Twitter, Facebook or Instagram); online stores, video games and much more. Indeed, although they provide us with infinite benefits that are often very attractive and convenient, the dependence generated by them can also generate negative effects such as blindness, sexting, and even identity theft. Through the development of this work, we will be able to learn more about the subject and evaluate it for ourselves. The abuse of the mobile device in social networks and its regular consumption, shows us that cell phone screens affect the eyes, mainly the retina, due to the short distance at which they are used. The emission of light that in the long term causes macular degeneration, damage inside the eyes. In other words, the use of mobile devices mainly affects our eyes, it also causes a decrease in blinking, worsening the focus at different distances resulting in myopia and stigmatism, in addition, another attack is the inflammation of the tendons. To enter a little in context it is important to recognize the meaning of sexting; "Sexting is the sending of photos, videos or messages of sexual and erotic personal content through technological devices, either using instant messaging applications, social networks". Having clear the meaning of this, let's analyze the consequences of it as identity theft for sexual content, i.e. pornography without proper consent, resulting in kidnapping and child pornography, as these are mostly the most affected.
