- (^) I'm studying food engineer at Uniagraria I'm in fifth semester I'm studying this career because I'm love with chemistry, I'm stand in the laboratory making test about the food and all related with composition.
Present
- (^) The food engineer usually supervise plates the production.
- (^) The engineer put to into practice new product base on the sickness contemporary.
- (^) The engineer also make extraction the other de different compound for raise the life useful the food.
- (^) Give technical support to the farmer to promote the purchase from him.
- (^) The food engineer can work in the clinical laboratory, pharmaceutical.
Future
- (^) One challenge the food engineer will give food with higher water content a longer shelf life.
- (^) Produce quality food while being more sustainable over time.
- (^) Raise awareness in companies so will they have more food quality.
- (^) Generate responsible consumption in consumers.
- (^) Create standards will improve production costs for farmers.
