Juan Guaidó, the opposition leader called to a demonstration in Caracas
against Nicolas Maduro government, the police try to control this
situation using tear gas. Then after the march, the police found 3
opposition lawmakers hidden in a hotel.
More than four million Venezuelans have fled the oil-rich country as it has
slid from prosperity into economic ruin, complete with rising poverty and
soaring inflation. The protests were held on the same day as Michele
Bachelet, the United Nations human rights commissioner, denounced
Maduro's government in a scathing report to the U.N. Human Rights
Council Tuesday.

The National Liberation Army most known as ELN, said that they will
observe a month-long unilateral cease-fire beginning Wednesday.
This rebel group communicate a cease-fire as a "humanitarian gesture"
while the country is in the grips of the coronavirus pandemic. In
Colombia, more that 700 people have tested positive to the COVID-19. In
addition of this situation in their statement they said they want to
resume dialogues with the Colombia´s government.
