LEGAL FRAMEWORK
The legal framework of the Mexican financial system is contained in the following laws: Constitution of the United Mexican States Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration. Internal Regulation of the SHCP Regulatory Law of the Public Service and Banking of Mexico. General Law of Institutions and Bonds The financial system plays a central role in the functioning and development of the economy.
